Churches in Cape Town and Slavery
Saturday, 09 February 2019
As a gathering of varying age groups, we ventured into Cape Town's CBD where various churches are closely situated. At most of these landmarks, the dark history of slavery in the Cape is at times only faintly remembered as new business developments are constructed on top of or all around key landmarks.
We are currently gathering feedback and reflection from those who attended. Some of these reflections will be shared at church and here on this web page.
